Week 1: consultation and measure
It starts with a call or the online consultation form. We schedule an in-home visit to measure the room and talk through how you cook, store and gather. Bring photos of kitchens you like and a rough budget. It helps us steer you toward the right collection.
Weeks 1–3: 3D design, estimate and revisions
We design the room in 3D and send it with an itemized estimate. Most homeowners request a round or two of changes, like moving the range, adding drawers or changing the island color. The design stage moves as fast as you do.
Ordering and lead times
Once you approve the design and selections, the clock starts on cabinets. Typical lead times are about 4 weeks for Core factory cabinets, about 6–8 weeks for Flex semi custom and about 12–16 weeks or more for Peak custom. If you're working with a builder or contractor, we coordinate delivery with their schedule.
Installation
Our own crew installs your cabinets. A typical kitchen takes a few days depending on its size and complexity. Countertop templating happens after the cabinets are set, so plan for a short gap before counters arrive.
- Clear the room and nearby walkways before install day
- Confirm appliance models so openings are exact
- Plan meals for the days the kitchen is out of service
Final walkthrough
When the install is done we walk through the room with you, adjusting doors and drawers and making sure every detail matches the design. Then the best part: putting your dishes away.
